1.) What does Advantix do?
Advantage has combined expertise in the cell phone provider business with an easy to implement process. As a result, Advantix is able to examine your company’s cell phone bills and determine if better plans and rates are available under your existing contract.
As part of this analysis, Advantix looks at your company’s cell phone usage pattern, your existing contract, all of the options and choices available under this contract, and determine how to optimize the choices available to you. In general, this process leads to savings for your company of about 30% on your total cell phone bills.
2.) Can Companies Save Money with Advantix and Keep Their Existing Cell Phone Carriers and Devices?
Yes. All of Advantix’s work assumes you do not want to change cell phone providers or devices.
3.) How does the Advantix Free Savings Analysis work?
Advantix is so confident of the benefits it offers that it is willing to perform a Free Analysis of the cell phone savings Advantix can realize for your company.
This analysis involves no obligation of any kind on your part. To perform the analysis, Advantix needs access to three months of your company’s cell phone bills. (See question 4 below). Once this information is obtained, Advantix works quickly and the analysis is completed in 7 to 10 days.
4.) Is it time-consuming or difficult for my company to get Advantix cell phone records for the free analysis?
No! Advantix has developed an easy, “hassle-free” way to obtain the records it needs for your analysis:
- With your permission, Advantix has an infrastructure that allows it to request and obtain three months of your cell phone usage reports directly from your phone companies. Your time and energy is never wasted in this process.
- Or, you can simply upload your records to a secure site provided by Advantix.
5.) Do I need to worry about the security of my phone usage records?
No. Advantix will sign a confidentiality agreement with you, and review all of the procedures it has in place for analyzing your records, ensuring confidentiality and security, and then purging these records from its system.
Most important, Advantix has worked with large numbers of companies, of all sizes, for over a decade and no complaints or issues have ever arisen related to cell phone usage records.
6.) What happens when Advantix completes its free savings analysis? How does Advantix structure its fees?
Advantix expertise let’s it work quickly. Advantix will complete its free savings analysis within 7 to 10 days after obtaining the necessary records. At that time, Advantix will provide you with a report showing the savings it guarantees it can provide your company, and how it will do it.

8.) How much time and energy will working with Advantix require?

9.) Does Advantix offer other services?

You can choose to buy these ongoing services after Advantix has saved you 25 to 35% of your current cell phone bills. 11.) Is there a minimum size for firm to receive Advantix Free Savings Analysis?
Yes. The Free Savings Analysis is available to any firm with 25 or more cell phone handsets. Advantix designed its service to benefit firms with 25 to 25,000 devices. As a result, Advantix is unlikely to provide substantial benefits to firms with fewer than 25 devices.
